Little Ones Childcare @ Whipton- children's nursery in Exeter

St Boniface Hall, Pinhoe Rd, Exeter EX4 8AF, UK – 01392 670111

Our daughter has been at Little Ones since she was 10 months old and in September starts her new journey into school. She has loved every minute of nursery life, from cuddles and care she receives from every member of staff to the exciting activities she gets to play with on a daily basis and the most amazing home cooked food that is prepared freshly on site by the lovely cook. As parents we go off to work knowing that our daughter is being cared for by amazing people who look after her just as we would at home.

I am a past pupil, parent of 2 children in Lower School and I work here. I have many happy memories of the school, but what strikes me every day is the family ethos. My children feel safe and secure to maximise their potential.

A truly excellent small private school! We have two children at St Wilfrid's and they are both thriving in every way!

I was made to feel very welcome when I visited the school. There were a lot of good things going on in the school. The Headteacher was very approachable and was very easy to talk to. The displays were excellent and the teachers I spoke to were all very pleasant. It was nice to see such a nice mix of children in each class. A great example of multiculturalism. Long may it continue. The new library has a wow factor and I was very impressed with the school.

Exeter Cookery School

The courses at Exeter Cookery School are always so much fun and you learn a lot of really useful cookery skills and techniques. The team there are very friendly and welcoming and the environment is inspiring.

Attended Thermalogica's 3rd Birthday party at Exeter Cookery School & sampled gorgeous veggie 'piles' with a scrummy soup, broccoli with orange mayonnaise & garlic popcorn. Jim & Lucy compliment each other & were full of little tips & great entertainment. Looking forward to doing a course there.

Devon Academy of Complementary Therapies

Basepoint Business Centre, Yeoford Way, Exeter EX2 8LB, UK – 01392 826033

I am having level 3 body massage course. Gail is an excellent teacher who gave me a lot support and courage. The course setting is professional and efficient. Professional medical subjects like anatomy and physiology which help you have better knowledge base to step forward to become a professional therapist. The course also provide a lot practice opportunity, which polish your skills through your case studies. More important is, I build up my confidence during taking the course. Definitely recommend.

I have been a model for Devon Academy a few times and would like to thank Gail and her students for being so professional and welcoming. The students all learn very quickly to become qualified therapists thanks to Gail's excellent massage training and facilities.

DanSci Dance Studio

2 Guinea St, Exeter EX1 1BS, UK – 01392 412222

Really great place for the baby ballet and mini street dance. Our little one loves it. Friendly patient teachers in impeccably clean venue

DanSci is a lovely studio that has clearly had a lot of work, time and dedication put into it.Owner, Ava Baron, as well as other staff and studio members, are extremely welcoming and make you feel very at home. A varied range of classes and activities run on a drop-in basis in a very safe and comfortable environment. Teachers and staff are very energetic and I have always seen students finish class with a smile on their face. As a working dance professional, I would highly recommend DanSci Dance Studio as a safe, fun and welcoming environment with plenty of new classes to try.

You can attend different courses related with Teacher Training and English Language training. The trainers are highly qualified professionals with a wide experience of teaching and learning. The staff is lovely, professional, experienced and creative. Comfortable classrooms, a kitchen which dispenses many thousands of free cups of tea and coffee to course participants. I attended a CLIL methodology course and it was really useful for me. Greetings for all IPC staff.

Private Tutors

Exeter Tuition Centre

13 Queen's Terrace, Exeter EX4 4HR, UK – 01392 927207

ETC is an excellent tuition centre. I have twin boys who were struggling with their basic reading and writing skills. The team were welcoming and my chaps loved coming. They have improved enormously and grown in confidence. I highly recommend ETC To anyone. They have transformed my boys to making learning fun. Thank you.

My daughter has attended Exeter tuition for two years now and has had a lovely time. Her confidence has soared and academically she has improved in leaps and bounds. It was always a struggle to get her to concentrate or do homework but Vicky has performed miracles. I can highly recommend Exeter tuition whether your child needs a bit of a boost in confidence or needs more help academically to pass 11+ or extra help with GCSE’s... they cover it all.

Exeter Tutors Ltd

3 Wagon Hill Way, Exeter EX2 5GS, UK – 01392 580855

I would recommend Exeter Tutors without hesitation. My daughter needed extra support in Physics and Chemistry for her GCSE exams. Natalie has been brilliant. She is gentle and encouraging, never once making my daughter feel uncomfortable in asking a question. She has been supportive and given good revision advice. Sebastian has been professional, replying to queries quickly.

Kirstie was invaluable in helping prepare my son for his entrance exam in a very short amount of time. She was extremely positive and relaxed in her attitude, putting him at his ease and helping build his confidence, as well as improving his exam technique and knowledge. I would thoroughly recommend her as a tutor.

Beam Tuition

Exeter Phoenix Bradninch Place, Gandy St, Exeter EX4 3LS, UK – 01392 581737

We would thoroughly recommend Hettie as a fantastic English teacher. She had only 8 weeks to prepare our 12 year old for his entrance exam but was able to help him to make significant progress. He had never done a reading comprehension before, but with Hettie's encouraging and patient approach, he successfully passed and was offered a place at our first choice school. Daniel has his lessons via Skype as we live abroad. It has been very successful, work is sent by email and then I scan and send the answers back so that Hettie can mark them. We have decided to continue with the lessons with the focus now on spelling and grammar - International Schools don't seem to worry about things like that!!

Passion and commitment are hallmarks of Beam Tuition and are the cornerstones that have grown the business from a small start-up to an international client base. The student is always at the centre of Hettie' s tuition delivery.
